The South Decatur Community Development Corporation (SDCDC) was incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 1994. Its mission is to “encourage business development and economic opportunities, identify and assist in developing opportunities for housing initiatives, and increase the educational, cultural, recreational, and social opportunities for residents in the South Decatur Community.
